Maybe you’ve even taken to jotting down your goals in your journal or sticking your goals on a vision board, while they are all great methods, this isnt enough. To achieve your goals, you first need to understand the difference between the types of goals that can be set.

Your real purpose should be what you really love to do, something you DREAM about achieving. Type A & Type B goals don’t allow for growth and result in keeping you stuck. C Type Goals require a shift in your subconscious and this is where I come in, I want to teach you to shift your thinking and create the life you dream of.
